Website analytics
Intown.Repair uses Google Analytics and first-party site insights to understand pages viewed, referral source, device category, and interactions with contact links. These measurements help Web Experts maintain and improve the site. Browser privacy tools may limit analytics collection. Personal information is not sold.
Visit requests
When you use the secure form, the information you enter—including your name, contact details, neighborhood, project description, timing, preferences, and any links—is sent to Intown.Repair's lead-delivery system. Depending on the channels configured at that time, Web Experts may process the request through Google Apps Script and may send Isiah a Telegram notification so he can respond. If secure delivery is unavailable, the site opens a prepared email instead.
If you choose “Text Isiah” or “Email through Web Experts,” the site prepares a message in your device's messaging or email app. Nothing is sent through that option until you review the message and press Send.
Spam, security, and hosting
The form uses request validation, a hidden-field trap, a timing check, a simple challenge, and Google reCAPTCHA when the site keys are active. These controls reduce automated abuse but cannot eliminate it. The hosting provider and connected delivery services may retain technical logs under their own operating policies.
How information is used
Information submitted through the site is used to review the project, respond to you, arrange service, prevent abuse, and maintain the website. It is not added to a marketing list from this form.
