Walk room by room

Note what is loose, sticking, cracked, unfinished, or simply never installed. Group the list by room.

Take two kinds of photos

Send a wide photo for context and a close-up for detail. Include labels, model numbers, and replacement-product links when available.

Set priorities

Mark items that affect safety or water first, daily-function problems second, and purely cosmetic work third.

Gather what you already have

Set aside matching paint, spare tile, original hardware, and instructions. Missing materials are easier to spot before the visit.

Every home is different. If you see active leaking, rapid movement, electrical hazards, mold, or structural damage, contact the appropriate qualified professional.
